Yes, there is a possibility of changing the shipping address if the item has yet to be shipped out. Contact us and we will be happy to see what we can do for you.
Each item has a different creation and delivery time. You can find out information about your items by reading the bottom of the description section of your item.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Each item is specifically created when the customer puts in an order. However, we understand that you may decide an item is not for you for various reasons. We offer a 75% refund for items that are unused and returned with their packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange your unused, new item for another size, you will follow Partial Refunds below.
