30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means your return item needs to be in our possession within 30 days. Please contact us soon as possible to ensure we support you within your return window.

Damaged or Mislabeled
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost in Transit
We see tracking on our end as well. If an item is lost in transit, we will work with you to ensure you receive your item. We do not cover costs of stolen items once they have been shown as delivered
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your unused, new item for another size, you will follow Partial Refunds below.
Partial Refunds
Each item is specifically created when the customer puts in an order. However, we understand that you may decide an item is not for you for various reasons. We offer a 75% refund for items that are unused and returned with their packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
Damaged, mislabeled, or lost in transit items have the option of a full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt of the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by filling out the contact form on our website or by emailing us at support@shopellenjean.com.
